The polisher is only half of paint correction. Cutting pads and heavy compounds remove more defect and leave more haze. Finishing pads and finer polishes clean that haze up. One-step products sit in the middle and are the right call when the paint is lightly swirled and you do not want a two-stage process. Match the liquid to the pad, work a small section, and wipe residue before it dries hard.
